Mental Health Nurse in NHS for 12+yrs, Hypnotherapist, NLP, EFT and Havenin A positive personality with excellent communication skills.

Enthusiastic and compassionate. Strong knowledge and experience of working one to one with people experiencing a wide range of mental health problems, learning disabilities, and challenging/limiting behaviours. Employed by NSFT NHS trust since qualifying as a Mental Health Nurse in 2008, I have worked with all age ranges as a care co-ordinator, CMHN, GP link worker and Nurse Therapist. As well as being a degree qualified Nurse I am also a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Master and Psychosensory Therapist. I am committed to providing a high standard of person-centred care that is holistic, optimistic and recovery/change focused. Sessions will be individually tailored using tools and techniques from a variety of therapies. Therapies Included:

I find myself at such a wonderful place.. not only my new home but my mindset and with that my experiences and the people in my life.. it’s so weird I can’t really explain it in words but I feel so busy and full but so calm and free.. complicated but so simple and obvious.. what a weird wonderful life 😍
We have cleaned, washed, shopped, dumped, fixed, oiled doors, make blackboard acoustic panels, gardened, filled a pond, gathered flint, connect to neighbours, hosted friends and soo much more.. now I sit here after a long soak in my roll top bath, listening to Mike DJ whilst sitting by the fire.. wow 🤩 it all suddenly feels worth it.. 🤩🙏💕🥰
