Hi everyone - I hope you’re all well and enjoying some of this much needed sunshine ☀️ I’m afraid the time has come to put my price up due to the cost of everything else being crazy. I haven’t increased my price since I started in 2012 so it is probably about time!

An hour Reflexology treatment will now be £35.

Our last group support meeting tonight 😢 after 10 or so years of running the group I have met some amazingly strong, brave people. Every one had their story - most of which made me want to cry. But I like to think there are lots of rainbow babies out there and we helped a little bit with their journey.

My door will never be shut to anyone who needs to talk/hug/cry/drink. I know how lonely it can be losing a baby so please know I’ll always be here if you need me xx

As the new month begins and the school holidays draw to a close I look back at the summer with mixed emotions. The weather was strange, and it felt like a long time off for the boys! Sadly we also said goodbye to my best doggy friend on Wednesday. I’m sure a lot of you will have met him - he may also have given your feet the odd lick! The house feels very weird without him 😢
