50G cream of rice
40G whey elite
1/2 a tablespoon baking powder
Salt & water

The method ⬇️

Mix the Cream of rice, whey & baking powder with a pinch of salt,

Slowly add cold water until a smooth lump free consistency

Microwave for 2 minutes
