I feel privileged to be in a position where I can draw from my Physiotherapy training, a career in corporate life and that fruitful journey called motherhood, to deliver a unique approach to personal training. The FannyAdams concept came about when, having breezed through a super fit pregnancy, I was hit by a sledgehammer of post natal fatigue and blindly returning to sport without restoring the strength in my core or pelvic floor. The result was several very preventable injuries, various aches, pains and a pelvic floor that started to deteriorate as my exercise increased. I then came across an amazing post natal fitness professional, Jenny Burrell, who has revolutionized my approach to female health and fitness. As well as the obvious anatomical differences between the sexes, the post partum body undertakes an immense change that should be cherished and supported, rather than bombarded with a one dimensional "return the skinny jeans" exercise regime. I offer a personal restorative programme designed to realign, restore and strengthen your body. I incorporate lifestyle, diet, massage and relaxation alongside of a highly targeted exercise programme, based around your goals, your lifestyle and your body.

🤰🏻Pelvic girdle pain in pregnancy isn’t something you just have to “put up with.”
