EMDR therapy is now available at both our clinics.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy is a specific treatment to help you process and recover from traumatic memories, negative emotions and beliefs, which may be rooted in past experiences.

It can be used to help a variety of issues within the realm of mental health:

Phobias, relationship issues, anxiety, stress, depression, behavioural difficulties, self-esteem, addictions and many more.

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy recognised by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and the World Health Organisation (WHO) as a treatment for PTSD.
