Pharmacy services for Arundel patients
The pharmacy operated by Jhoots in Arundel has been without pharmacy cover and/or closed for the majority of recent weeks. This is consistent with a several other branches of Jhoots across the country and whilst we are not aware of any formal announcement that the business has ceased to trade it is clear that many patients are unable to access a reliable service at the present time.
In the meantime, any patients that previously used this pharmacy may choose to use any other pharmacy that is convenient to them. Although not in Arundel, Yapton pharmacy may be a very convenient choice for many, (in particular for residents or Walberton and Ford). Yapton pharmacy is open every weekday along with Saturday mornings and crucially it has free and plentiful parking directly outside. If you would like to collect your prescriptions from Yapton Pharmacy then please either let your surgery know, or drop into us at the pharmacy with your details and we will set you up. It is a very straightforward process, we deal with all local surgeries and even send you a text message to let you know whenever your prescription is ready.
As an aside, we will also be offering Flu and Covid vaccinations onsite from 1st October which you can book online via the NHS booking system so if you are eligible then please book yourself an appointment via the NHS booking system.
