The night before my first half marathon for a long time. Nervous to say the least and worried. Anyway to keep me motivated after I have set myself a new challenge. Cancer Research UK run 100 miles in September. I will keep everyone informed but if you feel like giving a few pence here is the link.

On the road again this week, supporting Overseas Nurses from HMP Chelmsford to pass their required clinical assessment to practice in UK. Then back up North to provide First Aid at Work Training for Port Homes in Hartlepool.
