Merry Christmas Eve Eve! โค๏ธ

To all of my wonderful clients,

Thank you for everything this year. I've taken a huge step back from social media and yet you still see me and chose me ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป It means the world. I still do all of this as a second job, and I do it for you lot. The laughs we have, the therapy, the easing your pain (be it mental or physical), the stories, the connection. Part of my calling is to help โค๏ธ

I hope you all have the most magical holidays ๐ŸŽ„๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ‰ I plan on a couple of weeks to recoup, enjoy some headspace and come back in 2026 raring to go once again!

Here's to the final week or so of 2025, lots of celebrating and a whole load of eagerness for a fantastic 2026!

I know a lot of you know my hubby Chris from Adore Asanas Yoga already. He's working closely with his good friend Shane over at the Jasper Cacao Community Space in Preston Farm and is looking to put on a yoga class over there.

Any input from yogis out there on preferences for days and times would be much appreciated ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

I've embraced yoga so much lately and can't sing its praises enough in terms of self care, mental clarity and whole body maintenance, so honestly if you do anything today, take some time to look into it and pop Chris a message with your preference for days/times of classes ๐Ÿ˜

Morning all,

It's been a long time since I've posted here. Hope you're all well ๐Ÿ˜Š

This is just a quick note with a few updates.

Firstly, I'm still here and still seeing clients. Life is very busy and I don't get much time for socials these days but know that I'm still here and still treating ๐Ÿฉต

Secondly, I'll be taking appointments by message only for the foreseeable future. My clinic hours are changing every week now and Setmore isn't clever enough to know what hours I do every week so while everything is a bit chaotic, I'll take appointments by direct message only. I'll arrange deposits at the time of booking so please message through Instagram or Facebook ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

And lastly, a huge thank you for sticking with me. I'm almost three years into running this business now on the side of a full time job and a busy little family life. I still see new clients and I have clients who I see time and time again. It means a lot that you choose me ๐Ÿ˜

That's it. Nothing scary. Just me cracking on with a bit more structured time management ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

This is feeling somewhat relatable today ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes I'm still here. No I've not disappeared. Apologies my posts have been scaled back, but it's only blooming marathon season! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

On top of my gorgeous regulars, my diary is brimming with marathon folk ironing out niggles, loosening off tight legs, looking for advice and generally trying to make sure their body is in tip top shape for race day, and that they are booked in for 'repair' after ๐Ÿ˜‚

On top of this, I'm training myself. It's been tough ๐Ÿ˜ณ Marathon training is an absolute beast and it really does test everything about you. I've learnt that I actually can get even more hungry than usual ๐Ÿ˜‚, hills are bruuuuuutal, long runs every weekend builds character ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‚ and I'm capable of a lot more than I imagined!

So here's to all you marathon folk ๐Ÿ˜ I've still got slots available over the next month. I've got you. I'm with you. We've got this! ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿผ

I'm not one for medals usually as I'm more of a t-shirt gal, but this dinner plate sized Spice Girls one had my name written all over it ๐Ÿ˜‚ 5 laps of a 3.28 mile route was quite the mental challenge yesterday, but more miles banked ready for races later on in the year. Anyone else get any medals over the weekend? Let's see them ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

We're fast approaching marathon season and I'm seeing the diary for April getting booked up with pre and post-event treatments. Don't leave it too late to get booked in

A pre-event massage usually done at least 3 days before the big day, can be the perfect way to invigorate the muscles, ease off any built up tension from your training, flush away any waste products and get those legs feeling fresh

Post-event (some people like it as soon as possible after, but brace yourself for it feeling a little tender) can help with recovery. Going hard on the day can leave the body feeling tight, sore and tired. A treatment after the event can ease all of this and bring life back to your legs to help prevent the post-marathon waddle. IYKYK ๐Ÿ˜‚

After running it last year, I can admit it's not the most inspiring of routes, but it is nice and flat, well organised and well....it's Boro and I'm a Boro girl โค๏ธ

Hearts for Valentine's week โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜‚ These one's aren't your typical ones though. Imagine these showing up on your skin!

I use dry cupping on lots of clients. It's great for relieving muscle tension, improving blood flow, increasing range of movement, pain relief, nerve pain and often people find it quite relaxing. The cups are suction cups that decompress the muscle allowing blood to flow freely bringing oxygen and nutrients to the area for healing. The colours give an indication* of what's going on in the area and can last anywhere from a couple of hours right up to 10 days depending on the colour and person.
