Due to popular demand, this Friday's sound bath has reached capacity to ensure everyone's comfort.

I've received numerous messages, which is fantastic for expansion and growth.

For those who missed out, the next sound bath will be at Worsall Hall on January 19th.

I'm planning a gathering on January 30th, pending my recovery.

I'll post updates closer to the time.

Your situation doesn't define your peace; your mindset does.

Even in the toughest spots, you can choose peace.

Don't let anyone take away your right to think freely.

I've noticed people often fall into routines, complaining about their job but staying nonetheless.

If you follow these steps, you might just find your inner peace again.

1: Practice Positive thinking: Constructive interpretation: Choosing to view situations more productively, even when things are tough.
Not ignoring reality: Acknowledging difficulties but focusing on solutions and growth.
2: Connection. Connect with your inner voice, spirit and people who build you up and support you.
3: Meditation can help relax your mind, calm your nervous system and truly deepen your connection to an infinite flow of abundance that is available to YOU.
4: Gratitude is key, focus on what you DO have and list the things you are grateful for. This is not a replacement for dreams or to keep you stuck. It's simply thanking God the universe for the gifts you already have. Making room for more magic.

I am so ready for the year of the fire horse.

Leaving behind a trailer full of lessons, journeys and shedding.

This year aligns so much to my moral compass and inner intuition.

I don't follow taboo posts, I don't research online to ask what I'm feeling.

I don't live by a horoscope
I don't follow the crowd
I don't identify with pain, struggle and I am NOT my trauma.

I don't look for answers on the Internet I TRUST my intuition and I follow my heart.

However The Year Of The Horse resonates so deeply and the year of the snake 🐍 was definitely playing out in my world.

So bring on the Horse and let's gallop together into a bright, beautiful and productive 2026.
