Home care for people with suspected or confirmed COVID-19:
βœ… If you are ill with fever and cough you should clean hands πŸ™Œ frequently with soap and water or with alcohol-based hand rub.

What we often do is try to think our way out of the stress, which is what’s causing the stress to begin with; our thoughts in the mind.
