Our Story
We use exercise to improve our wellbeing, as exercise can offer a sense of achievement and releases happy hormones in the brain. We mainly play badminton and table tennis, and we can also arrange Yoga and other exercises to support our wellbeing. We're using our page to encouraging referrals and self referrals, so we can keep our exercise group going for years to come. We're passionate about using exercise to improve mental wellbeing for adults with mental health challenges.
