I haven't posted for a wee while, but I wanted to just reiterate what I seem to be hearing a lot at the moment and that is that we MUST look after ourselves - I always hear excuses as to why this isn't done often enough, but when it is how immediately brilliant it makes you feel and how that transfers to making the rest of what's going on easier. So don't hesitate to do what it is that gives you time to get that 'brilliant' feeling.
