This morning in my journal I wrote…

Pause to appreciate all the hard work you put in.
You are here. You made it.
Enjoy the view. Let it all sink in.

We’ve been journeying through the seasons together, manifesting, rooting, expanding. And now, as August draws near, it feels like time to pause.

It’s a bit like climbing a hill. You don’t rush back down the moment you reach the top. You stop, breathe, take in the view. You honour how far you’ve come and you let your body rest before the next leg begins.

This week’s crystal drop was chosen for exactly that, to support your moment of stillness and soul connection at the summit.

☀️ A gentle pause, and what it means for your orders

Sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is pause.

As we move into August, our theme of Reflect & Receive invites us all to slow down, integrate our growth, and open to the quiet wisdom within. It’s a reminder that manifestation isn’t just about doing and striving; it’s also about softening, trusting, and allowing life to flow to us.

In that spirit, we’ll be taking a full pause at the end of July and beginning of August, our first true moment of rest since Christmas. This is an important way for us to honour our energy so we can continue to serve you from a place of love and alignment, and prepare for the busyness of autumn and the run-up to Christmas.

As many of you know, it’s just myself and my husband running Moon & Earth. There are so many beautiful blessings in being a small, heart-led family business, but one of the realities is that when we pause, everything else has to pause too. We deeply appreciate your understanding and patience as we model a more soul-aligned way of working and living.

☀️ Our shop will stay open during this time.
☀️ Orders placed while we pause will be dispatched once we return, so please allow up to two weeks for your treasures to be sent.
☀️ Subscription boxes will still go out on time as always.
☀️ Our next crystal sale will be a special combined event on Monday 25th August at 8pm, perfect for the bank holiday energy.
☀️ The August Crystal of the Month workshop will be on Wednesday 27th August at 8pm, the perfect moment to set intentions under the tail end of the New Moon, tuning into the energy of August while also looking ahead to the fresh new start of September.

Sometimes the soul’s path doesn’t arrive as a big, clear plan. It reveals itself step by step, each one guided by trust, courage and deep inner listening.

After losing my old business to Covid, I rebuilt as a spiritual life coach and women's circle holder. I started gifting crystals to support New Moon intentions, but high street options felt expensive, underwhelming, the online crystals, dull and disconnected. So I sourced my own, honouring each piece with love and care.

Crystals began arriving, women asked for more, and slowly, Moon & Earth was born, not from a strategy, but from following my intuition, again and again.

Then came the call to Kundalini Yoga, a clear, unexpected message: This is what you are meant to do.

Even as my circles and membership grew, I knew they were just a stepping stone, not my final destination. Letting go was terrifying. My human self clung on tightly.

That’s when I turned to Moldavite.
Within two weeks of wearing it, I made the decisions I had been avoiding. Moldavite held me, pushed me, supported me, helping me release what I was so afraid to let go of.

I now know I am exactly where I’m meant to be. I can look back and see every breadcrumb that led me here.
