As our programs grow so is our team and the community of young talented individuals that we work with.

We are a forerunner in specialist outdoor education and SEMH support but this is only possible due to the amazing team of professionals we employ.

Due to a hugely exciting start to 2026, we are hiring for 2 x specialist male SEND support assistants to work with two young male students who require male support.

Experience and a strong understanding of autism and high level complex needs is essential however we believe in investing in our staff so continuous CPD will be provided.

Competitive day rate on a self employed basis

🔔🎄We are back with our FREE Christmas Tree Collection on Wednesday 7/01/26 as part of our wider community initiative.

All trees will be recycled, chipped and laid on our woodland paths around our education site by our amazing students as part of our “Moor Sustainable” programme.

📍We will be collecting from the Yealmpton, Brixton, Newton Ferres, Noss Mayo, Ermington and Ivybridge area.

🗓️Collection will take place on the 7th of January and we would appreciate if the tree can be easily accessible.

🚫We do not accept decorations, plastic trees, soil or floors stands.
