After only a week back for the new term, we are incredibly proud to be hiring for a further two roles with more roles coming available soon.

We are very grateful for the support and trust from schools, organisations, the local authorities, parents/carers and the wider community in our not for profit ethos. We are proud to offer our young people a learning culture that connects nature rich therapy with community impact, nature connection and adventure.

Due to our exponential growth we are delighted to be recruiting for two roles as a.

Higher Level SEND Assistant

Due to the increasing demand for our services and the hugely exciting journey we are on, we are searching for the right candidates to join our growing team.

The right candidates must have a passion and love of the outdoors. Our ethos to Educate, Empower and Explore is deep rooted in all programmes so a genuine energetic and dynamic mindset to embrace our environment and grow into our team is imperative.

This role are self employed and during term time only.

This young person is aware of his social anxiety and apprehension to visit new places however his love of fitness minimises those uncertainties and positively influences his confidence.
