SilverCloud is a free digital platform offering confidential, self-managed programmes to support emotional wellbeing. It's available to anyone living in Devon, including carers, families and supporters of people accessing mental health services. It is approved by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE)
There are several free programmes you can access, including:
· Stress
· Resilience
· Sleep
· Alcohol
· Money
· Challenging times
· Positive body image
And many more.
The programmes are fully confidential and self-managed. Our staff are unable to see who has signed up or what has been recorded in the system.

You can access the programmes at times that suit you and progress at your own pace. The SilverCloud App is also available for mobile access.
