Started with a two hour bright and breezy walk in Chamonix, followed by photographic duties with the beginner skiers, an accent to Aiguille De Midi before another set of Podiatry content from covering: , surgical techniques for , retained foreign bodies and wound management, techniques, pre and post op care

Leaving athlete’s foot untreated can allow the infection to spread to:

Toenails (causing fungal nails)

Hands or groin

Other areas of skin

It can also increase the risk of skin infections like cellulitis, particularly for people with diabetes or circulation problems.

An incredible challenge for our rivers

I wanted to share something inspiring happening right here in Devon.

John Mildmay-White is currently undertaking an extraordinary challenge — running 600 km from the mouth of the River Erme in South Devon all the way to London in just 10 days to raise awareness and funds for river conservation. 

The run is supporting Wild About the Erme River, a local charity working to restore and protect the River Erme and improve water quality, biodiversity, and the health of the surrounding environment. 

Our rivers are such an important part of life in Devon — for wildlife, for communities, and for the simple joy of being outdoors. Seeing someone take on a challenge of this scale to highlight the pressures our rivers face is truly inspiring.
