Hart Care offers a person centred service to 54 residents who access residential care. We will work around whatever period of respite you need e.g.

In addition to this we also offer respite care and proud to deliver specialist support in our services including end of life care. Residential Care
We offer a warm, safe and friendly environment, where people can maintain their independence if they wish, but have access to support in all areas when they need it. Privacy, dignity and choice are high on our priority list, and personal care is tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs, and to address their specific risks. Respite Care
Our respite care service allows primary carers, family members or friends to take time away from their everyday care duties to relax, go on holiday or just have a few hours break. We understand that being a regular carer for a loved one can make it difficult to arrange some respite for yourself and you may feel apprehensive about going away. We provide a high quality respite service, that assures you the peace of mind to enjoy yourself, knowing that your loved one will continue to receive the care and support they need. afternoon break twice a week or a week a month or a couple of months, etc. We’ll work around your and your dependents requirements. End of Life Care
We provide palliative care for both new and existing residents. We strive to make life as pleasant as possible for all of our residents, even in the most difficult of circumstances. We ensure our residents are comfortable and cared for so that they can enjoy their time with us and more importantly the precious company of their loved ones. We do everything that we can to ensure dignity and respect throughout.

Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control we have got to postpone our attempt at Crufts this afternoon. We WILL rearrange it and let you all know the new date as soon as we can. We are truly sorry to have to do this and apologise for letting people down.

We have placed this candle in reception to honour residents who are no longer with us. If you come to visit and notice it lit it means that sadly, we have lost someone. It is a little way for us to pay our respects without so many words and to explain why we might be a bit quiet when you come in. 💜🪽
