Hart Care offers a person centred service to 54 residents who access residential care. We will work around whatever period of respite you need e.g.

In addition to this we also offer respite care and proud to deliver specialist support in our services including end of life care. Residential Care
We offer a warm, safe and friendly environment, where people can maintain their independence if they wish, but have access to support in all areas when they need it. Privacy, dignity and choice are high on our priority list, and personal care is tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs, and to address their specific risks. Respite Care
Our respite care service allows primary carers, family members or friends to take time away from their everyday care duties to relax, go on holiday or just have a few hours break. We understand that being a regular carer for a loved one can make it difficult to arrange some respite for yourself and you may feel apprehensive about going away. We provide a high quality respite service, that assures you the peace of mind to enjoy yourself, knowing that your loved one will continue to receive the care and support they need. afternoon break twice a week or a week a month or a couple of months, etc. We’ll work around your and your dependents requirements. End of Life Care
We provide palliative care for both new and existing residents. We strive to make life as pleasant as possible for all of our residents, even in the most difficult of circumstances. We ensure our residents are comfortable and cared for so that they can enjoy their time with us and more importantly the precious company of their loved ones. We do everything that we can to ensure dignity and respect throughout.

Our October employees of the month have been informed and whilst one of them has asked for it to remain private - totally fine it’s their call, we are pleased to say that the other employee of the month is Ben! Ben has worked incredibly hard on the improvements you have seen around the home, painting, getting ready for carpets all whilst dealing with the never ending day to day maintenance too - thank you to both of our employees of the month! 🥳🏆😍💜

Everyone enjoyed a lovely singalong with one of our residents family members who very kindly comes in once in a while - it is certainly a popular event when she comes in to see everyone! 😊🎤🥰🎶

Sunday Cinema Club is well and truly established! So far the residents have chosen to watch; Grease, Love Actually and this week they have chosen to watch The Sound of Music. Every Monday they vote for the next film and really look forward to watching it 🎬😃💜🥰

Our September employees of the month have been notified (a little late sorry) and they were;
Edwin - one of our senior carers who was not only nominated by a resident but always puts the residents at the centre of everything he does 😍
Joanna - one of our housekeepers who’s work ethic is amazing. She works to an incredibly high standard and nothing gets missed, her attention to detail is 👌🏻
