wow its beautiful in Tavistock this week in the sunshine, the frost & the snow.

sharing a couple more chances to join me cover teaching at the fabulous, friendly and cosy new studio in Tavi: Fire and Bliss Studio Tavistock

There is a full timetable of classes with different teachers, including pregnancy & kids yoga! All highly recommended.

thank you to the wonderful Fire and Bliss Studio Tavistock for inviting me to teach a few different classes to cover this week while lovely founder/owner/ inspirational yogi Ale Manning has been away on holidays.

Its been really fun to teach some different styles of yoga, with challenging early morning vinyasa flow, soothing evening yin yoga, even a brave attempt to try sculpt flow! And really special to see old friends (students and teachers) there. And to meet some lovely new ones too.

My final class this evening is leading the ashtanga yoga primary series (or part of it within an hour) This is fully booked, but I hope to be back again at the lovely new studio in Tavistock for more classes in the months ahead.

I've been somewhat quiet over here on FB while I have been living nomadically this year, working at camps & festivals🚎
but its really wonderful to be back on Dartmoor for a few months!

classes continue with me in Tavistock (Whitchurch) and Yelverton for the rest of the year & into 2026.. private group classes also available 🌿

In a beautiful, peaceful location close to Yelverton/ Horrabridge

Outdoors in the sunshine this weekend, With the birdsong and the breeze, wonderful views. Practice barefoot on the grass (or bring your mat) If the weather forecast changes we will be in spacious Yelverton Memorial Hall

If you can't make this weekend, I will be back to teach the Saturday class on 30 August.

You are warmly invited to participate in our annual BuddhaDharmaSangha camp – a gathering of dharma friends new and old. The camp is a wonderful opportunity to practise Dharma in the time honoured way of the Buddha – together with a like minded Sangha; the community, co-created by each of us; held by and being part of the wider community of the natural world.

There will be space for formal practices, dharma teachings, sharing groups, rituals as well as time for enjoying our being part of the natural world and hanging out with others, walks, swimming in the river, nights around the campfire, star gazing, songs, stories and… whatever we decide to create!
