✨ Many people are struggling with their mental health every day, and you never know what someone might be going through. Choose to be kind, compassionate, and actively listen. While you may not fully understand their experience, listening without judgment can make a significant impact.

✨A message for the week ahead🃏
✨I sense that you may be protective of yourself, often keeping your guard up. For some, this behaviour can be subconscious, meaning you may not even realise you are doing it. Others may be aware of their feelings but feel unsure about how to overcome them.
There are many reasons why these protective barriers have been created, including past hurts, trauma, mistrust, or fears, which can vary from person to person. You are in control of the level of protection you maintain; however, there are situations where these defences have been put up unintentionally.
For instance, the fight or flight response is an instinctual way we protect ourselves, not something we consciously choose in order to "survive" a situation. Take the time to reflect on the protection you have established and investigate its origins. You might discover something in your subconscious that you want to heal or overcome, something that is preventing you from pursuing experiences you might have previously felt hesitant about due to these protective barriers.
The things you wish to explore can bring you excitement and passion, but you may feel that something is holding you back. You can move past this; allow the positive energy and desire to try new things to outweigh the obstacles you may face. Focus on new ideas, beginnings, and opportunities with a sense of excitement. 🚧

✨A message for the week ahead🃏
✨This week, I feel it's time to focus on change. What would you like to change, and how can you achieve that? For some, this change may come naturally; you might have been taking small steps over time, and now you are beginning to notice the changes that have occurred, even if they were subtle at first. For others, this change could be sudden, more noticeable, and happen quickly.
The changes you are working towards will become clear to you, and the path you choose is there to help you grow. While this journey can be challenging, you can do it. I believe that living in the moment is key to supporting you on your journey. Focus on what you can do: create plans, make adjustments when necessary, make thoughtful choices, be persistent, and defend your dreams. You can achieve your goals.
If things don't go as planned, remember that there is always another day. Each day is a blank canvas to create something new, so embrace each day with positivity. If something goes wrong, acknowledge it, have a bad day if needed, let it all out, and then tomorrow, start fresh with a new canvas: a new beginning.🖼️

✨I feel you are embarking on or will soon embark on a journey of self-discovery. You have a dream that you want to turn into reality, and this journey is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and clarify what that dream truly is. To achieve your dream, you need to understand what you want in life.
This can be accomplished by trying out different activities that will encourage you to explore your skills, talents, and potential interests. Be creative - consider drawing a mind map of your ideas and allow your thoughts to wander; every idea can be a possibility for turning into reality.
Throughout your journey, you may encounter various challenges, whether they stem from the past, present, or future. These challenges are part of your exploration. You might discover that things you once found interesting no longer resonate with you or that old thought patterns may no longer support your journey. This could present opportunities for learning, growth, and ultimately manifesting your dreams into reality.

✨A message for the week ahead🃏
✨I feel that you are going through a difficult situation right now. It's possible that you feel the urge to hide away, and your self-esteem may be low, accompanied by feelings of sadness, regret, or shame. Now is the time to focus on the positive aspects of your life. Although it may seem impossible at the moment, try to identify even the smallest things that can bring a bit of positivity. Over time, these small things can grow into much more.
View this situation as a challenge - it's not easy, but it's not impossible either. Keep an open mind to the possibilities that may bring more joy into your life. Consider the simple joys: your pets, your children, the sunshine or even rainy days, being able to pay the bills (even if it's a struggle), your resilience, personal growth, or the willpower to keep moving forward despite difficult circumstances.
Take the time to listen to your feelings and acknowledge them. If you can do something to help ease these emotions, take that step. If you feel unable to manage on your own, don't hesitate to seek support. This could include counselling, using a listening helpline, talking to a friend or family member, or consulting a doctor. Understanding your emotions can significantly impact how you improve your current situation.🤗

✨A message for the week ahead🃏
✨Healing is an important part of our journeys; it can help us grow, but only if we consciously choose to focus on our healing. Healing can be messy, as unexpressed emotions may surface all at once. We create new boundaries and must learn how to hold them, while also letting go of boundaries that are no longer serving us - boundaries that may have once been necessary during challenging times when we lived in survival mode.
There are parts of ourselves and connections we once had that may no longer support our journeys. I believe there is often resistance to change, but by choosing to embrace these changes, we choose to move forward. When you make these changes, do so with courage, positive growth, strength, and power. Commit to your transformation - a journey of self-discovery and the beginning of something new.
✨Good morning/afternoon/night 👋🏼😁en years, but you can do this. Never give up. Start your journey to become the person you aspire to be, the one who brings you joy and lights up your soul.❤️‍🩹
