✨I feel a strong presence; you are shining brightly. Anything that disrupts your peace will prompt you to take the necessary steps to maintain it. If you don't feel a sense of peace, consider whether it's something you can create in your life.
I sense that there are times when you are focused on yourself or on a journey of self-discovery. Sometimes this journey can feel overwhelming, but it provides you with the time to determine what is right for you, free from external influences. You need time to process your emotions and to have faith in yourself; you are capable of managing them.
When I say "managing," I don't mean it's easy. There will be moments when things feel chaotic. If you need additional support, don't hesitate to ask for it. This isn't just about your ability to manage your emotions; it's about having the choice of how to respond to them.
Your emotions are like water; sometimes the seas are rough, and other times they are calm. You can experience a range of emotions, thoughts, and memories. Some may be considered "positive," while others may be labelled as "negative." Both can teach us something valuable; positive emotions show us what we want more of, while negative emotions reveal what we don't want.
Both types of emotions can drive change, and you can choose how to respond to them. However, there are times when our subconscious makes choices for us. If you are experiencing grief, trauma, or a difficult situation, it's essential to allow yourself time to heal. Everyone's healing process is different; it can take days, months, or even years.🎭
