Hours available: Flexible shifts including part time hours, Nights – 10pm until 7am and Days 7am until 10pm with breaks this includes morning, lunchtime and evening calls. Nights are usually 9-10 hour shifts.

Ensuring our clients are at the heart of the care delivery and their wishes and preferences are enhancing their wellbeing, to organize and co-ordinate care delivery in accordance with current best practices and company guidelines and code of conduct.

Assisting clients with personal care including, but not limited to, washing, dressing and incontinence care. To assist with domestic duties, daily activities and general help around their home (this is tailored to each client’s needs and in accordance with training) can include end of life care.

Help clients to receive, take and store medication according to the Drugs Policy and record on the clients’ medical records. This will only need to be completed if documented within the care plan.

Meal preparation and assistance in accordance completed if documented within the care plan.

To be successful for this role you will have the following attributes and competencies:

- A positive, can-do attitude, caring and
reliable nature
- Excellent communication skills
- A good team player- to be able to
develop and maintain good working
relationships with colleagues, clients
and their families
- Professional with a genuine desire to
make a difference in someone's life.
- Organized and punctual timekeeper
- Full UK Driving license preferred
however not essential, Flexibility to
travel to different locations when
required
- A good level of English - both written
and spoken
- Approachable and supportive to
individuals
- Ongoing training provided
