Big news — we’ve officially received our certificates and trophy for our 2025 “Highly Recommended” award from the UK SBA Small Business Awards!

We’re genuinely grateful for the recognition and for everyone who has supported us along the way. And we’re not slowing down—we’ve got so much planned for this year.

We’ll be entering again, and we’re aiming even higher… let’s see if we can beat last year’s results!

We’ll be reaching out to local communities to create work experience opportunities for those interested in gaining valuable skills and preparing for future employment.

🛍️ Creating Our Own Market
Our group is working hard on a hands-on project — hosting our very own market featuring beautiful items made by the people we support and our amazing team. Keep an eye out for this exciting event!

💡 More In-House Workshops
Led by our Outcome/ASDA lead, we’re planning to offer more workshops designed to boost independence and develop new skills.

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various locations.

This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. A valid driving licence is preferred as the role may involve travelling between sites.

You will follow a set cleaning schedule to ensure we maintain a strong infection prevention and control process.

Working hours:

Tuesdays: 4 hours
Fridays: 4 hours
Total: 8 hours per week

What we provide - All cleaning products and equipment, PPE to support safe working practices
Responsibilities.

Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with established protocols and schedules
Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces
Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
Assist with additional tasks as required to support the overall operations of the team

Sometimes a simple but tasty sandwich is all you need on a cold day 🥰

And we did exactly that! We helped support some of our wonderful budding chefs with practising some essential cooking skills to help support independence and build confidence in the kitchen 💖

What's your favourite type of sandwich? A cheese and ham is a classic for us! 👀

We had so much fun partying to festival music, playing pass the parcel, musical chairs, dressing up and so much more! We made some wonderful memories and cherished the time we spent together 💖
