We’re pleased to let you know that DAO (downturned mouth) and neck assessment appointments are now available to book through our online system.

These appointments allow our medical prescriber to assess:
• the DAO muscles, which can pull the corners of the mouth downward
• the platysmal bands in the neck, which can contribute to tightness or visible banding

During your consultation, we will:
✔ assess your facial anatomy
✔ discuss your concerns
✔ review your medical history
✔ determine whether a prescription-only botulinum toxin treatment is appropriate and safe for you

No treatment is carried out without a full face-to-face medical consultation first, and suitability varies from person to person.
