Dry Cupping - what are the benefits?
•Upward lift and not a downward pressure
•Great for fibro
•Maximise areas
•Draws blood to a region to stimulate healing
•Effective at stretching tight fascia and muscle tissue
•Helps the tissue develop new blood flow and stimulated healing
•Not a bruise - a cupping ‘kiss’
•Generally painless and may be effective on areas unresponsive to massage
•Initially dry cupping pulls blood into the area and tissue become saturated with fresh blood flow while the vacuum pulls stagnant blood out of the area
