Hello, my name is Jayne and I have been a community care worker for over 15 years. During this time I have gained many skills and qualities that have given me the confidence to set up my own micro enterprise business called Compassionate Care. I have set up Compassionate Care to be able to provide a person centred approach that delivers exceptional care and support to people in need, whether that is physical or mental support. I aim to be flexible with hours, days and the type of care I give. Being a mother and grandmother myself, I understand the importance of family and the family home. Although it may feel strange to have somebody coming into your home, delivering care and sharing personal problems and experiences with, I can assure you that I will respect the rules of your home, beliefs, values and remain totally confidential. As a carer I believe that it is important to enable you to remain as independent as possible, whilst being there to support you along the way and also being able to provide expert care to those of you who are fully dependent on others. Here at Compassionate Care there are no guidelines or rules on the care that you wish to receive. I am passionate about putting the customer and their needs first and every care package will be designed to fit the individual, their lives, goals and everyday needs.
