🤩 wowzers £200!! That’s more than my target and I am so pleased 😌 my minutes are racking up and even with my days of absence I’ve still done more than 31 for 31 and still going! First day back teaching yesterday! It felt good to be back 😅 exercise to music is my thing so I’m happy I pushed through it. (I did feel horrendous after mind you) 😂 I can’t keep stressing enough on how important it is to fill your life with positivity and things that make you feel good long term. I feel like I’m hitting my head against a brick wall because I still see and hear of people doing quite the opposite. It’s so hard to do the right thing when you’re in the wrong place because the two don’t make sense do they? When your mental state is in a negative mindset that little voice we all have is not going to suggest going out for a walk or picking up the phone and talking to someone. It’s going to suggest you stay in bed and isolate yourself or go out on the p**s to forget how you feel. The best tip and advice I can give is that the human body and the mind are meant to be in sync. If you’re physically well but mentally struggling your body will follow it downhill pretty damn quickly. There is so much associated with mental health that is actually physical some people wouldn’t even realise. Trust me, whatever your mind does your body will always catch up and vice versa. Treat one well and the other will will fall into place. MIND is just one charity you can turn to and I am so happy to have raised what I have to help 🙌
