This is a unique objective relationship and is known to release blocks, provide insight into behavioural patterns or relationship dynamics or it may stimulate motivation and direction in your life. Other reasons for seeking therapy may be more non-specific, like feeling that your life is confused, you may find that you are at a cross roads and need help in choosing the way forward or you may wish to enhance your on-going personal development or to raise your self awareness.
