Here we are! Park Yoga 🌳🌳 Yeovil, this morning 💚.

Blessed again with the sunshine 🌞.

Welcome to our newcomers, and to our regulars. Always lovely to see the children try new shapes too!

It felt great returning today. Thank you for the positive feedback of our two amazing cover teachers, JJ and Libby. They both enabled sessions to continue in my absence 🙏🏼.

Thank you to all who kindly donated to Park Yoga.

It's Sunday, the sun is shining and Park Yoga 🌳🌳 is ON.

FREE yoga from 9.30-10.30 at Ninesprings County Park, outside the cafe.

A BIG Thank you to Libby who taught last week's session. A super turn out of 60 people!

Come take your spot under the trees or in the sunny spaces, stretch out in the fresh air, connect with your body, mind and the beautiful surroundings.

If you have never tried it, why not come along and be Part of our diverse, positive community.

I have a few spare mats if you come
and ask for one.

Making plans for your weekend? Don’t forget Park Yoga in Lodmoor on Sunday at 9:30am. And in case you don’t know, it’s FREE 😉

Last week I challenged you to bring a friend and so many of you did! Well done and thank you 😘

So let’s continue to spread the magic that is Park Yoga by bringing a friend along again yo this Sunday’s session.

And new friend, and old friend, someone you’d like to have as a friend. An acquaintance, a neighbour that person you always wave hello to, your lovely colleague. Bring whoever you’d like to bring. It may even be your first time with us 😳

So whether you're a regular Park Yogi and want to share the joy with someone you love, or if you've never tried yoga before and want to bring a friend for your first time with us. Whatever your reason, yoga is even better when shared. Bring a friend for a morning of mindful movement, fresh air, and connection. We hope to see you there! 💚

We can't quite believe we are already over halfway through the Park Yoga 2025 season! 😲

It's that time of year when we ask our wonderful participants to complete our evaluation survey.

We are keen to hear from as many of you as possible as the results of the survey help improve Park Yoga, as well as supporting vital funding discussions and applications.

So lovely to teach you all again. Your smiles, your effort, your presence on the mat all make my job very rewarding! Thank you x.

Welcome to our new members, to the children, and to everyone else. Our youngest member, an 11 week old baby with Grandma and mum. Beautiful! Yoga has no age limits.

We hope you feel rewarded for coming along and moving and waking the body in unison with each other.

May positive yoga vibes keep you energised and content until we meet again, next Sunday.

It's Sunday and Park Yoga 🌳🌳 is ON!

The weather looks set to remain dry until after our community gathering. Less sunny, but dry 🙏🏼.

Let's not allow the weather systems discourage us from our Sunday treat.

With thanks to Friends of Ninesprings for funding the qualified, independent yoga teacher role throughout the season; thanks to Ninesprings Country Park for providing the beautiful space; thanks to Yeovil Town Council for collaborating to enable Park Yoga events to run smoothly and safely; and thanks to our sponsors YogiTea and Natura for providing free tea and discounted offers of health-based products. Phew! A lot happens behind the scenes to provide FREE yoga throughout the Summer for all. And, of course, Park Yoga is YOU! thank you for your continued support and engagement.

Apologies for my late response. I have been on a family break. Park Yoga was on yesterday. Jessaimee kindly stepped in to cover, thank you Jessaimee 🙂. Despite the weather, people came along and, as luck would have it, the rain stopped long enough to allow for a dry session.
Honestly, the weather has been so kind, it's magical!

I will be teaching Park Yoga this Sunday.

Excited to see you all again. Let's put out sunny vibes intentions for then. .
