Lady told me today that after having her intolerance test she has been able to loose weight. Her weight loss had come to a stand still and she felt bloated. Now she knows exactly what she can't digest and has cut it out. She's not only feeling well but the pounds are dropping off easily

The intolerance and deficiency test will pin point which vitamins and minerals they are lacking. It will also suggest other food sources they can add to their diets to boost their gut health

Due to the demand for intolerance and deficiency tests there is a slight delay in results coming back Expect them back after 2 weeks. On the bright side it's still quicker than having to illuminate individual foods over the course of several weeks to find out what effects you gut health.

Had great feed back today after a few weeks of a client recieving her test results. She was having real problems with stomach problems. The hospital suggested leaving out a list of foods one at a time which would take months. After her results she left off the foods on the list and it has made so much difference. Her mum is so impressed she's booked a test herself

More results back this week. One lady has had a year breast feeding and has been feeling drained. Not only did it highlight a very low deficiency but intolerances to certain seasonal fruits which she had upped thinking it would benefit her and the baby.

Two test back this week. Yet again it's highlighted enzyme deficiencies. It's not always intolerances that cause gut issues. If you are lacking in certain enzymes you just cant digest the certain foods. Amylase for carbs, liptase for fats, protease to break down the proteins, sucrase and maltase for sucrose and sugar, lactase for lactose

Great feed back from a lady who had her results for her intolerance test a week ago. She says she's already noticed the difference. The bloatedness and stomach cramps have eased. So much quicker than eliminating different food groups one by one as suggested by dietician.

Recieving messages like this from past clients makes it worth doing my job. IBS is an awful and debilitating illness. For those that stick to the diet can turn it around.
