Today, a client visited my clinic to dissolve an old lip filler — a treatment performed several years ago outside MJ Beauty Clinic.

After carefully puncturing the area, instead of the expected hyaluronic acid gel, only a clear, watery fluid appeared.
This immediately raised clinical concerns and strongly suggested that the product used was not medical-grade, cross-linked HA, but rather a low-quality or unregulated filler.

Later, the client confirmed that the original product cost £25.
