I am an ITEC QCF Level 3 qualifed massage therapist who specialises in Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish massage treatments. Massage is such an effective way to keep your body in optimum condition. We can live such stressful lives, whether it be work or through exercise both can cause our muscles to become tight and tense causing many different conditions to develop. We now have air conditioning so the room is always at a comfortable temperature, this also acts as an air purifier.

The couch has been replaced with a fully adjustable electric couch making it easier to get on and off and is very comfortable.
