Join me with your chosen birth partner in Yeovil with a small group of other pregnant families.

💜You will gain confidence in your ability to birth your baby by releasing your worries/fears.

💜You will learn loads of tools and techniques to keep you calm and in control.

💜You will learn to relax deeply and quickly, resulting in less intense contraction.

💜We will empower your birth partner and give them the confidence to support you.

During this beginner level Introduction, you will work on preliminary exercises, stretches and breathwork, relaxation techniques, and some simple standing postures.
This is an entry-level class and is also suitable for those with limited mobility or injuries.
Join Louise Byford and experience this class for yourself.

Adaptive Yoga to manage chronic conditions

This 5 week course is suitable for complete beginners and those who are not able to attend a regular class due to injury, chronic pain or age related issues.
Most of the class will be seated on a chair, blocks, belts and bolsters will also be used for support. Working gently and slowly to stretch and strengthen the spine, core and back muscles, helping to ease tension and discomfort and creating a strong supportive posture.
