Nine Springs taster day. Yoga spaces still available

Here is the timetable for our sessions on Sat 10th Jan, 9:30am-6:30pm.

Most sessions are 45-minutes, please arrive early as sessions will need to start promptly; we have a very full programme.

Use the form to book your preferred tasters.
Link in bio (instagram) and on our website under 'events' page and click on 'Taster Day'.

You will recieve and email to confirm your booking (please allow at least 24 hrs for this to come through) the practitioners may also contact you with some additional information, and to take payment (if applicable)

Parking at the clinic is available, but limited! The car park will be busy on Saturday, if you are able to park off-site in one of the nearby public car parks it would be greatly appreciated.
Please do not park in the NHS car park at the end of the road, they issue fines!

Please wear comfortable layers. Bring a mat if you have your own, or we have plenty available you can use. If attending the breathwork, meditation, or Sound baths you may find it beneficial to double up the mats, for extra comfort. And bring a cushion and blanket to make yourself cozy.

Bring your water bottle to stay hydrated.

During this beginner level Introduction, you will work on preliminary exercises, stretches and breathwork, relaxation techniques, and some simple standing postures.
This is an entry-level class and is also suitable for those with limited mobility or injuries.
Join Louise Byford and experience this class for yourself.

Adaptive Yoga to manage chronic conditions

This 5 week course is suitable for complete beginners and those who are not able to attend a regular class due to injury, chronic pain or age related issues.
Most of the class will be seated on a chair, blocks, belts and bolsters will also be used for support. Working gently and slowly to stretch and strengthen the spine, core and back muscles, helping to ease tension and discomfort and creating a strong supportive posture.
