This simple, soothing hot milk recipe for Imbolc, inspired by Brigid, will induce a restful night's sleep and bring creativity and healing.

A Cupful of Milk
A Spoonful Cinnamon
A Dollop and Dash of Maple Syrup

With restful connection and gratitude for the abundant gift of milk, heat the milk gently in a pan,
Over a flame, if possible, to bring in fire energy.
Adding the sweet flow of maple syrup into your milk, inviting creative energy into your life.
Sprinkle with the warm loving protection of cinnamon.

Whisk to make bubbles. To bring lightness into your dreams.

Samhain Simmer Pot

I love to make an aromatic simmer pot to fill my home with loving, magical intentions, that cleanse, purify and protect and invite more love, joy, and abundance into my home, especially at powerful Samhain with the rich, sensual, autumnal ingredients.

This is the mix I used, tap into your heart, get creative and use what you are drawn to, adjusting the contents to your magical intent and need.

I love this beautiful sensual ritual, it's so easy and everythings available in the kitchen cupboard, home and garden. It honours both the elements fire, water, air, earth, and spirit, and the
divine feminine and divine masculine.

Large pot - divine feminine.
Stove -fire element.
Water- water element.
Orange slices- joy and abundance.
Apple slices- divinity, divine feminine, various deities, wisdom, knowledge, death renewal and ancestors.
Cinnamon sticks- money and abundance, the sticks can represent the divine masculine.
Vanilla- love and sweetness
I used a pod phalic shape - divine masculine.
Nutmeg- purifying, can't remember probably abundance too.
Star anise- intuition, mystic, protection, pentagram.
Cloves- purifying, protection.
Pink salt- loving protection.
Honey- love and sweetness.
Rosemary- clarity, lifts brain fog. Love the smell.
Rosewater- rose connects me to my grandad, and granny- grounding effect, rose is also divine feminine.

I reflected that I'd also like
- Beauty, a bit of spice, loving, nuturing relationships, clear boundaries, communication, fun, and action towards my dreams.
Joseph to learn and grow, and do his homework.
Alfie to be happy and do well in his A-levels this year, Stewart to feel calm, great and healthy, all of us to feel happy, healthy and calm.❤️💖✨️

The ingredients provided by earth - Earth element

The aroma- Air element

The ritual- Spirit element

Prepare with your magical intent, with love, happiness, wonder and gratitude, bless and ask each amazing ingredient to infuse your home with the qualities you desire.

Visualising it happening,
Cleansing, protection, love, harmony, balance, happiness, abundance, beauty, mindful clarity, and fun.

It is done,

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Allow to simmer in a large pot, let the aroma fill your beautiful home, working its magic.
