**Understanding Anxiety - workshop for those who look after children and young adults**

Wednesday 17 May (6pm-8pm) OR Friday 19 May (10am-12noon).
A great two hour workshop helping provide information about what anxiety is and what happens when it is activated as well as lots of hands on things you can do to support your young person.

We are running a parent workshop on Understanding Anxiety which aims to be a supportive and interactive workshop providing you with the knowledge and tools needed to help you and your young person navigate the stressors of life. More information on the flyer.
