Recovery is not about getting everything right or “fixing” every challenge overnight. We’ve seen that real recovery happens step by step, at a pace that works for each person.

Every step forward matters, no matter how small it might feel. Progress could be joining a community group, or even making a meal. It's important to remember these when struggling or when helping someone struggling.
