The smaller the step, the more likely chance of success. Each step you take is compounding your journey to better mental health.

Your journey will feel hard, it will have ups and downs but if you keep making small manageable steps, you will make it through to the other side. You will feel like you again.

When we speak about our different experiences it helps unite us. It helps raise awareness for men. It helps raise confidence for those who feel they can’t speak or reach out.

Take time today to reach out to someone, show someone you love them, message your mate you’ve not heard from in a little while, build that bridge with the pal who you’ve fallen out with, make someone smile today.

We don’t truly know what people are going through each day so something as little as saying ‘hi’ to someone could change the whole course of their day, week, month or even year.

It's getting dark super early at this time of year lads. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) can really take hold due to short days, and dark mornings, and nights.

It's key that you keep your mind strong and fresh air is a great way of doing just that. Get out on your lunch break, or take a 10 minute rest and go in the garden.

Maybe put your coat on first though, it might be a little chilly.
