This is consistency, dedication and hard work. 85% of the food I eat in 5 days, topped with 6 hours sleep a night, and approximately 10 hours training a week...plus a full time, full on job. This has been the case for 15+ years.

There is no secret, no pill you can buy and no golden bit of advice that will beat hard hard work and dedication when it comes to your body goals.
