Lauren completed a Bsc (hons) in sport and exercise science prior to graduating in 2010 with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy (pre Reg) from the University of Teesside. Since then she has worked in the private health setting specialising in Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedic and pre and post operative rehabilitation, with a keen interest in Pilates, Sporting injury, biomechanics and functional movement

systems. In 2014 she qualified as a Veterinary Physiotherapist and went on to work for one of the GB equestrian team physiotherapists. My Qualifications:
