Small moments can mean so much at our dementia day clubs, where smiles, fun and living well are at the heart of every day. ๐Ÿ’™๏ฟฝ

We run day clubs at Osbaldwick Sports Club on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and at Acomb Sports Club on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All sessions run from 10am to 4pm.

If you know anyone living with dementia who may be interested in attending our day clubs, please do get in touch.
