Old School Medical Practice We are a part-dispensing Practice based in Copmanthorpe. The Practice area is large, mainly rural and serves approximately 7500 patients.

There are 3 male and 4 female Clinicians.

Nimbuscare's blood‑taking service remains available by appointment, in addition to the York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust drop-in service being offered at the same location.

If you choose to book your appointment with Nimbuscare, you will be able to:

📞 Book your appointment by calling 01904 943690

There is no need to collect blood forms in advance unless the request is from the Hospital, in which case they will provide you with the form.

Please be aware that on Tuesday 5th August our car park will be closed for two days. Our new bicycle shelter is being installed and the closure has been requested by the installation team for safety reasons. If you are attending surgery during this time please be aware of the above. Patients with mobility issues can be dropped outside surgery. Please park considerately during the closure. If assistance is needed please ask at reception.

Transport update!
We have been informed that York Wheels have now renewed their contract with the Integrated Care Board! This means their provision of transport for those patients that are unable to access Copmanthorpe Surgery is now open for bookings again.
