In 2012, a reconstruction of Rymer's Funeral Directors opened in York's famous York Castle Museum. Many objects you can find on display are loaned from the Rymer family and come from the original property they've used since the 1840s.

Following the cremation of a loved one, you will need to decide the final resting place of the cremated remains. You can keep the ashes in an urn, scatter them, or bury them. If you would like to place the cremated remains in an urn, we have a range of cremation urns to choose from.

We also have scatter tubes available in a range of designs. These are suitable for interment, scattering ashes, or as keepsakes. They are made from over 90% recycled materials and are biodegradable.

Even if you already have your loved ones cremated remains, but would like to explore the options, please do get in touch, and our team will be happy to guide and help you.
