I have spent lots of time with family & friends, reconnecting and being in good energy. As humans it is so important for us to have that connection 🥰

Also the beautiful has been looking after my skin for months now and it’s never felt so good! 😍

I have also have the most amazing drumming and healing session with the insanely gifted

What a wonderful experience!

Along with grounding myself in nature and my practices of meditation, gratitude & journalling. I am really trying to look after my whole self this year and really become the best, most aligned version of myself 🤎
