Then don’t over-complicate it!

- You don’t need to do cardio. ❌
- You don’t need a “diet plan” or diet. ❌
- You don’t need to cut out carbs and hate life. ❌
- And there are no “fat burning foods” ❌

Here’s what you do NEED:

- CALORIE DEFICIT ✅
- SUFFICIENT PROTEIN ✅
- RESISTANCE TRAINING ✅
- DAILY ACTIVITY/STEPS ✅
- GOOD SLEEP AND LOW STRESS ✅

Stop trying to reinvent the wheel. If you’re consistent in all these key areas then you will lose bodyfat. 💪🏼

It’a simple.

And all the information you need is out there...

So, why aren’t we all in great shape then? 👀

Because if I’m honest, it’s simple but it’s not easy!

Big question...

What’s more important? 🤔

What do you value more?

Having motivation or being disciplined...?

Are you a motivated person?

Does that motivation go up and down?

Now, Motivation gets a bad rep but actually I think it can be extremely useful as motivation can get you started taking ACTION! 🔥

This is incredibly important when it comes to starting a program but the problem is that you can be super motivated and start taking action...

But, then you don’t get any results. 😡

Bummer.

So, motivation drops off and you’re left feeling even worse than before.

Compare that to this process:

- BE MOTIVATED ✅

- HIRE A COACH AND GET A PROPER PLAN ✅

- SEE AWESOME RESULTS ✅

- BUILD DISCIPLINE ✅

- BUILD SUSTAINABILITY ✅

- GET SERIOUS RESULTS FOR THE LONGTERM ✅

Big difference right?!

That’s how I use motivation and discipline to win with my clients and get results!

Motivation... 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s a huge problem...

Especially post lockdown, I know I’ve personally struggled to stay motivated at times and hiring my own coaches (in business and for training) has been a game changer for me!

How’s your motivation level currently? 👀

I speak to so many people who have “lost motivation” or are no longer feeling motivated...

But, if you have no strategies of how to improve your motivation levels and stop yourself feeling demotivated then of course you will feel like that!

So, what can we do about it?

🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆

- Make a clear plan!

- Stop comparing yourself

- Remove distractions like your phone

- Become disciplined, not motivated

- Break your goals into smaller tasks

- Visualise the end result already happened

- Be grateful for your progress already

- Invest the time into ourselves

- Celebrate your victories

Start with those strategies and your “motivation” will definitely improve...

And hire a coach who can keep you accountable when motivation fails! 😉

🚨🔥MAXIMISE YOUR RESULTS!! 🔥🚨

Training hard? ✅

Lots of cardio? ✅

Blood, sweat and tears? ✅

Insane results? ❌😤

Well, that’s because training is just one small piece of the entire puzzle...

So, the purpose of this post is to drive home the massive importance of putting in the work outside of the gym (aka living room)😅

If you feel like you’re training hard and smashing the training or cardio, but still not seeing rate of progress you want, maybe it’s time to take a step back...

I’m a big fan of going back to the drawing board with clients and looking at the whole picture so we can find the areas that are lacking. 🖼

What’s happening across the week with the other factors will greatly influence the results you get 👀

Recognise that the gym is just 4-6 hours whereas the rest of the result comes from the other 160hrs per week.

Now, training is definitely important but it’s just one part of it so make sure you are ticking all your boxes ✅

So you’re on your fat loss journey and weighing yourself to check progress...

AND YOUR WEIGHT HAS GONE UP!! Wtf! 🤬

Why?!

I know it can be so demoralising and frustrating when you’re hitting your targets (if you’re actually hitting them!) and the weight is all over the place. 😡

Here’s just 5 reasons why:
- Water Retention 💧
- Sodium Balance 🧂
- Stress Levels 😓
- Toilet Habits 💩
- Carb Eating 🥖

These can all have an effect on the scale weight in the morning...

Knowledge is power when it comes to this. 🧠

If we can understand why the fluctuations are happening, then we can stop ourselves getting demoralised and demotivated.

Fear is normal.

Fear can be good, it can keep you alive.

But fear cripples you.

Fear stops you from achieving what you deeply desire.

You might want to get in amazing shape...💪🏼

Try a new sport or hobby...🪂

Or smash a goal you’ve been working on...🎯

But fear of failure, or fear of success is holding you back! 😳

That’s why today is the day to start.

Today is the only day that exists.

I do get it though,

For a long time, I was limited by my own fear, holding me back and stopping me achieving my potential.

It sucked. 🤨

So, here is what I recommend

Take a deep breath, count down from 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 then jump in!

Just do it.

This stops your brain from coming up with reasons why you shouldn’t do it. 🧠

It forces action.

And action creates results.

If you’re ready to take action and get results then I can show you the path to take.

Let’s get after it!

Yep, that’s right. I want you to fail.

Failure is good.

Failure is great.

It gives you an opportunity to learn and grow, should you choose to take it...

I love failing.

It means I’m pushing myself.

It means I’m not in my “comfort zone” anymore ❌

I am actually more worried when I’m not failing...

It’s just feedback.

It shows us what’s not working and what can work.

If you’re not failing at anything right now it means you’re likely to be in your comfort zone!

I’m constantly failing and it can be difficult to accept but I know that just on the other side lies greatness 🏆

When it comes to your training especially, if you’re not pushing yourself hard enough to the point you’re failing occasionally, you need to train harder. 🤨💪🏼

Now get out there and go fail more, you massive failure 😉

This is what MDW results are all about. 💪🏼

Not just the physical improvements of losing body fat, getting stronger and fitter, but also optimising who you are in every aspect.

Lindsay made more in the first two weeks with me as a business owner than in her last two months while also improving her physical health!

Fair to say that’s pretty life changing...

So first, we made sure she was crystal clear on what she was offering and her products and then looked at who we can work with her awesome community to help those she already knows.

We put practica strategies in place to do this.

It worked! She absolutely smashed it and is now helping even more people with her work 😊

Now one thing to note though, Lindsay is a massive ACTION-TAKER! 🔥

She implemented everything and got straight into it with no excuses or messing around.

That’s why she got results!

That’s what makes her a Warrior(ess) 😉

If I coach you, I can’t guarantee you’ll make more money but I can promise you’ll get results.

So, what is stopping you? 🤨

If it’s money then as we can see with Lindsay, it’s never really an excuse!

If you don’t really want results though then that’s fair enough...

This is big. 🔥

For many years, I’ve chased the external successes...

Made more and more money... 💸

Achieved the goals I desired... 🎯

Moved onto the next...

Repeated that cycle...

But I still wasn’t happy.

I thought that achievement would fill the void created by the fact I didn’t love, or even like myself.

It didn’t. 🤨

Have you ever achieved a goal or bought an item convinced that it would make you happy? 🚗

Only to find out that actually it wasn’t the answer you were looking for?

I’ve done that too.

Many times.

Now, don’t be fooled by social media. 📲

I know a lot of people who have it all on the surface, but are miserable internally.

Your happiness is not dependent on your material items or how much money you have.

It all depends on how you PERCEIVE what you do have.

This is how I personally believe we can be successful;

Be you.

Never apologise for being you.

F*** what anyone thinks. (To an extent) 😉

Enjoy the journey.

Set goals that inspire you.

Find out what makes you truly happy.

Then allow yourself to experience happiness.
