We've reached the end of our classes for the summer break and I wanted to say thank you to all my lovely students for their commitment and support❤️ I received some lovely comments after the last class which ended in a soundbath:

Happy Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day! 🧘‍♀️☀️

The Solstice is the longest day of the year and represents vitality, energy and renewal but is also a time for gratitude and to celebrate what is going well. It's also an opportunity to consider what we'd like to let go off and what would we like to cultivate for the next 6 months....Let's take this time to pause and reflect ❤️

Hatha Yoga by the Pond is back! 🧘‍♀️ Come and join us for calming, outdoor yoga & a swim in stunning surroundings!

🗓: Thursday 8th May 6.30pm

📌: Chaloner Pond, Haxby

Tickets are £10 and include a 45 minute yoga class, wild swimming and parking. No experience of yoga is necessary as it will be gentle.

Please bring your own yoga mat (I have a few spare mats but not many). Don't forget to bring your swimming gear and towels! 🏊🏻‍♀️
