Still some tickets left for my next outdoor sound bath at the beautiful Chaloner Pond on Saturday 6th September 10 - 11am. 🌿🌞

Sound baths can help:

✨Calms the nervous system
✨Relieve anxiety
✨Reduce tension in the body
✨Alleviate pain
✨Improve sleep

Tickets are £12 and include an optional swim and you can book here: https://chalonerpond.co.uk/ols/products/hatha-yoga-by-the-pond-thurs-8th-may-630pm. You'll just need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a cushion and a bottle of water.

We’ve had such a lovely summer holiday - climbing Snowdon, a visit to see family in London and lots of days out in the sunshine! Hope you are all enjoying the summer ☀️

✨Friday 5th September to Friday 17th October from 9.30 - 10.30am at St Olave's Church Hall, Marygate Lane, YO30 7BJ

We've reached the end of our classes for the summer break and I wanted to say thank you to all my lovely students for their commitment and support❤️ I received some lovely comments after the last class which ended in a soundbath:

Happy Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day! 🧘‍♀️☀️

The Solstice is the longest day of the year and represents vitality, energy and renewal but is also a time for gratitude and to celebrate what is going well. It's also an opportunity to consider what we'd like to let go off and what would we like to cultivate for the next 6 months....Let's take this time to pause and reflect ❤️
