This week is the last classes in the block and we will enjoy Yin style yoga and Yoga Nidra.

This is the perfect reset as we hold each pose for a few minutes. Then we slide into Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep. It’s a guided meditation with the aim of deep relaxation and moving the consciousness around the body. There’s nothing to do or be other than focussing on the breath and letting go ❤️
