Staying hydrated is key to achieving your wellness and weight loss goals! Here’s why drinking water is so important:

1. Boosts Metabolism: Drinking water can temporarily increase your metabolism, helping you burn more calories.

2. Reduces Appetite: Sometimes, thirst is mistaken for hunger. Staying hydrated can help curb unnecessary snacking.

3. Aids Digestion: Water helps break down food and keeps your digestive system running smoothly, preventing bloating.

4. Flushes Out Toxins: Staying hydrated helps your body flush out waste and toxins, keeping you feeling your best!

So, grab your water bottles or a glass of water and take a sip! You can even send a little cheeky selfie to encourage each other and show that you are engaged.

“I just want to lose weight”

No you don’t!

You don’t want to lose muscle weight 💪🏻
You don’t want to lose bone weight 🦴
You don’t want to lose water weight 💧

In fact, most people would seriously benefit from gaining weight in these areas - who doesn’t want to be stronger, more toned and better hydrated right?!

What you want to lose is excess fat.

The sweet spot is simultaneously losing fat and gaining, or at very least maintaining 💪🏻🦴💧

How?

✅ Consistent but not extreme calorie deficit. If you restrict your calories too much you will find it hard to drop fat. You are probably eating / drinking a bunch of things that are just empty (but tasty) calories - start with recognising and limiting these.

✅ Balanced diet with adequate protein, fibre and colourful carbs. Don’t become a “I don’t eat carbs” person, instead learn about carbs and eat them according to your goals.

✅ Exercise, anything that gets the heart pumping is good for a million reasons but for this topic let’s just highlight the facts that it helps with that calorie deficit and will help you maintain lean muscle - it makes you happy too! If you can, have a focus on resistance work (weights), it will help with the muscle stuff.

✅ Drink more water.

Nothing above is anything you didn’t already know right? You’ll struggle to find a Dr, PT, human biologist or anyone who would disagree with the 4 things above - they are universal and they are free 🎉

So, why don’t people, why don’t you, just do it?

Unfortunately we live in a world that at times overwhelms us with information and also is constantly trying to sell us quick, magical, breakthrough fix.

If you understand the above you will understand why a quick fix, a diet, under eating. restricting macro nutrients, anything that tricks us into not eating. . . It’s all a scam designed to make idiots out of intelligent people and keep them blindly moving from one to the other only ever achieving temporary ‘weight’ loss and with it temporary happiness 😔

You’re waiting for a pitch on Herbalife right. . .

You don’t need Herbalife to achieve your body goals 😳 like you don’t need any of the other things you’ve tried in the past.

But, it’s important (to me) that you understand the difference between Herbalife and those other things.

We don’t sell Herbalife as a quick or magical fix. In fact, if we think you are trying to buy it as that, most Coaches won’t let you 😂

The Herbalife products are designed to help you eat more (nutrition) whilst consuming less calories = calorie deficit without nutrition deficit.

The Herbalife plan requires you to eat 5-6 times a day. We encourage real whole foods.

We want you to improve your understanding, habits and relationship with food (and exercise) and we do this in full knowledge that if we are successful in fundamentally changing how you live you won’t need Herbalife products forever.

Our health is so important, often we don’t really appreciate this until it’s gone. It’s too precious to put in the hands of diets and quick fixes - it’s the one thing you don’t want a shortcut for.

Focus and educate yourself on the 4 ✅✅✅✅ above. Find a Coach and community that talks about these things as the foundation of good health and become consistent and accountable to it all.

It was actually really good I’m impressed but it does make me upset the fact an actual human beings career has been taken over by a computer, I am such a people person but smile at the screen it is! 🤣
