We’re appealing for information following burglary of a home in Escrick.

It happened on Friday 2 August, between 3pm and 4pm when cash and sentimental belongings were taken from a home on Main Street, Escrick.

We’re particularly appealing for any witnesses who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at that time. In particular, the suspect may have made off from the area carrying a stolen blue holdall/ duffle bag containing other stolen property.

Dropped Jane at St Leonard’s this morning and she’s going to have a relaxing break with lovely people there to help. On top of that she has a beautiful view and balcony and everything on hand she could want, together with a sweet trolley to die for.😂 Saying all that, she will miss her visitors dropping in from the village. If you can spare some time, please visit her in room 15 for a chat. The hours are very flexible 10-8 pm. I know she’ll love to see you xx
