We offer flexible hours in in-home care roles that work for you – because we know student life doesn’t run on a 9–5 schedule. You can create your own!

Studying for a career in the health care profession isn't necessary. All we ask is that you have a compassionate nature and a reliable car!

Working in a meaningful position that can provide you with a valuable reference for future employment can be hard to come by!

An idea of duties you would need to help with :

* Joining them on social outings so that they can continue to be an active member of their community.
* Preparing delicious and nutritious meals so that they can continue to eat the things they love.
* Managing their medication so that they stay as healthy as possible.

No experience is needed as fully paid training is provided. Highly competitive salary - £14.25 per hour plus paid hourly rate for travel time between calls along with mileage paid at 45 pence per mile

Well that was a Day to Remember !

Our client, Mary, used to be a professional oboe player in the Swedish National Orchestra, amongst many other musical and literary accomplishments.
She has travelled the world listening to, and playing, incredible classical music.

Due to health and mobility issues, she unfortunately has struggled to get to any performances for quite a number years now.

Following on from a recent visit to hovingham_hall, organised by Guardian Angel Carers in Easingwold, Mary was kindly invited to attend the ryedalefestival there courtesy of the Worsley Family.

Our CareAngel Sarah, assisted her to get ready and transported and accompanied her for the performance. Here they had a fabulous afternoon listening to the national youth choir of Scotland nycoscotland !

Mary said of the afternoon. “I haven’t heard anything like it for a long, long time! Incredible voices, and a thoroughly enjoyable day was had”

Thank you to all involved for making it a perfect day to remember.

This is a community-based role, providing outstanding care to clients in Easingwold, Ryedale, York and the surrounding areas, within their own homes. We support individuals with companionship, meal preparation, medication management, attending appointments, personal care, shopping, and social activities.
