Are you looking for the perfect music and sensory class for you and your little one! Packed full of educational tips for your little one, high quality instruments and resources, plus some sensational new music for autumn, Rhythm Time could be just the class you are looking for!

Wednesday at Rufforth have a wonderful family atmosphere with our full array of classes from newborn babies to children starting school next September. This venue has an under-5s playpark next to it, a cafe and village store, as well as on site parking. Just 2 miles from the Acomb ringroad roundabout!

This term includes the 🍂 autumn week specials across all classes before half term break, and 🎄 Christmas specials week before the Christmas holidays!

🪇 What is Rhythm Time? 🥁
Rhythm Time classes are music sessions for babies, toddlers or pre-schoolers led by a class leader, developing understanding of pulse in music, encouraging fine motor skills, and leading you and your little one through a series of group and individual music activities! We have lots of movement, sensory play, and interaction, as well as age-appropriate learning opportunities for your little one.

Our courses are designed to grow with your child, from multi-sensory developmental Baby classes, to Toddler and Pre-school classes which support the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum and prepare your little one for school.

Prices start from £7.40 per class with trial options available on some classes. All bookings include access to unlimited classes around York which means you can go to extra classes for FREE where there's space!

How lovely is this new map of West Bank Park?! If you're unfamiliar with it, it's a 15 minute walk away from our Acomb Methodist Church classes. Lovely pushchair friendly walking, woodland area, fab play park and a gorgeous rose lined pergola walk! It's one of our family favourite places!

🥳Following the enormous success of our 'That's not my zoo' specials last week, I'm definitely excited for this collaboration class with , full of watery musical fun and activities!

Our Thursday sessions are fully booked, and Friday's Family class, but Friday's Acomb Baby class at 11.15 still has 3 spaces left to be taken!

This venue has easy parking, a huge space for our class (and it's guaranteed to be cool in there too on the heatwave day!) and we have free play time with themed snacks for the end of class too!
