Her journey is a brilliant example of how apprenticeships help shape confident, capable future leaders.

Her manager, Lissy, shared some lovely words when reflecting on Domi's growth:

"Domi's success throughout her apprenticeship was driven by her willingness to learn, her positive attitude, and her resilience in adapting to change. Over time, we’ve seen her confidence grow significantly, alongside strong development in her technical knowledge of Nimbuscare and our processes. Domi has a key skill to spot improvement projects, and she continues to actively support the team in this area.
