Remember to let go and relax during your treatment! 💚 When we have a lot on our minds, sometimes it can take a minute to decompress and clear your mind. Take a deep breath and remember that you deserve this time for yourself!

P.S. In many holistic health treatments, you're in a position to rest and digest, and a gurgling stomach simply confirms that you are truly relaxed. A noisy stomach is a normal bodily function and is nothing to be embarrassed about!

Had a great time doing a Yoga taster session in the Alpaca field today at Sheriff Alpaca Walking Experience

Gorgeous animals and stunning scenery at their organic farm 🥬 🦙

They have a great little veg shop and offer experience days, cooperate events and more!

I will soon be offering 1-1 Yoga sessions at my home treatment room. I am qualified in all levels- wether you’re a complete beginner wanting to just do some gentle movements and stretches, or even just focus on breath work or meditation! Maybe your an experienced yogi who wants to improve their practice- I can tailor each session to you!

I thought I'd let everyone know that I'm going to be away for 3 weeks from 24th March this year.
To celebrate turning 30 I'm having 2 holidays back to back😆 I'm going away with Steve and Lucy🐶 then I'm jetting off to USA with my mum to see my brother🇺🇸😁
📣IMPORTANT📣- I won't be at Redmayne Lodge at all in April(Thursdays)- I will be working from home though so please message me if you'd like a ThurSday appointment as these won't be available to book online.
