One of her fav poses 🐶🐾 If you are human- you can start by laying on your tummy with tops of the feet on the mat, bring your elbows under shoulders, gentley push through the forearms and lift the chest, keeping the pelvis on the floor. Gaze forward or slightly up. A gentle back bend for beginners.
