Tonight we will light a candle in memory of all the babies gone too soon! Baby Loss Awareness Week is something very close to our hearts, from personal experience as a family and also from the many families we've cared for over the years!

Our gorgeous boy Barney (head of security operations) was 10 yesterday. He has been a comfort to so many families over those 10 years. He still thinks he’s a mad puppy though! xx

Like many of you, we at Rowley & Sons Family Funeral Services have been shocked and appalled at the events happening at a Funeral Director in Hull. Our thoughts are very much with those families who have been affected. Every Funeral Director in York is registered with one of our Trade Associations. We are members of SAIF and operate to their very strict Code of Conduct. We are inspected regularly, and all our record keeping and procedures are checked. The two main Trade Associations to look for are NAFD & SAIF, make sure that the Funeral Director you choose in a member of one or both of these. The Funeral Directors in Hull were not. Please do call if you have any questions, or have been affected by the events in Hull.
